Abstract：
有针对性、创造性的设计项目活动，是增强物理课堂教学活力，突破教学难点瓶颈，提升学生综合素养的有效举措.作为江苏省十三五规划课题“PBL模式下初中物理综合实践活动有效实施的案例研究”中期研究的典型课堂教学案例.本文阐述“力臂”概念传统教学过程中存在的问题，介绍项目活动实施的策略和项目实施后的反思.
