Abstract：
在我国现代化建设进程中，水利水电工程建设是一项重要的民生工程，它对我国社会经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用。传统的粗放式管理模式已经不能再适应现代化水利水电建设要求，必须顺应时代的要求和特征，实现现代化管理。基于此，本文将对水利水电工程的特点以及管理的重要性进行简单分析，提出几方面管理建议，希望能够为我国水利水电工程建设提供帮助。
