数学学科在中学课程中起着举重轻重的作用，要想提高教学效率，搞好初、高中数学衔接教学至关重要。本文从注重基础知识的巩固，分层教学、因材施教措施的落实，训练数学思维能力、提高分析和解题能力手段等几个方面作了探究。
