小学体育是小学阶段的一门基础学科，“生命在于运动”突出运动的重要性，而体育课就是学习运动方面的知识和技能，在讲究德、智、体全面发展的今天，我们不仅要学好文化知识，更重要的是有个健康的体魄，由此可见，体育对我们来说显得尤为重要。
