    Abstract：

    核心素养理念的教育背景下，教师需要重点关注于学生的实践能力，还需要关注于学生的思维品质发展，培养学生多方面的知识技能，引导他们加强解决问题的能力。在核心素养的教育教学背景下，初中数学表现出了较多的问题，这些问题都难以满足新时代的教学要求。对此，教师需要做好全面的教学改革，培养学生的多元化的实践能力，进一步打造趣味化的教学活动。基于此，文章在核心素养的角度下，对初中数学高效课堂构建的措施进行思考和探究，以供参考。
