Abstract：
新课程改革改善了传统教育方式的枯燥和落后，为学生开启了新的学习模式，而素质教育的提出尊重了学生在学习中的主体地位，尊重了学生不同的性格和潜能。小学教育是学生打基础、培养习惯的重要时段，是学生在未来学习的灯塔。因此，在小学教学中，教师应该创造更好的学习氛围，培养学生对学科的热爱，积极构建小学教学高效课堂，让学生获得更好的教育、文化熏陶。
