    Abstract：

    针对中职学生的语文教学不仅要提升学生的语文综合素养，更要提升其职业素养。但职业院校的职业教育课程和文化课程之间似乎存在着很大的差异性，不少中职学生对语文教学秉持着一种蔑视的态度，看轻语文的重要性。全文立足于探析当下中职语文教学中存在的问题，进而从教师的具体教学模式变革出发提出有效的改进策略，并辅以适当的教学实例来佐证论说的合理性，为促进中职语文教学模式改革和提升学生的综合素养提供新思考。
