Abstract：
体育在中职教育体系中是非常重要的组成部分，也是新课标要求下必须要被重视起来的学科。在素质教育时代下，加强体育锻炼，不但能够提高学生的身体素质，推动学生健康发展，还有利于推动国家的发展。在新课标的全面实施过程中，中职院校也越来越重视体育教学，为帮助学生养成良好的体能，而体育游戏给体育教学带来的作用是很大的，能在保证学习效率的同时，提高学生参与兴趣。
