    近年来，疫情防控趋于常态化发展，严重影响了高校毕业生就业工作。就业工作作为检验“三全育人”成果的重要抓手，高校辅导员在疫情时代如何做好大学生就业指导工作成为新的课题。本文章通过对当前大学生就业工作存在的复杂多变的就业形势、毕业生思想动态变化等现象分析，为高校辅导员就业指导工作输出新思路、新理念、新方式，为疫情时代大学生就业指导工作提供保障。
