Abstract：
“双减”政策大背景下，语文教师如何提高教学质量。从课堂教学到课后作业设计，围绕语文核心素养，创设情景激发学生学习动力，达到双减增效的目的。教师课堂上任务设置讲究非常规性、难易程度有梯度、能够激发学生潜能，从而培养学生语文素养。课下作业布置灵活多样，摒弃简单粗暴型，最大限度激发学生兴趣，做到课堂延伸，让学生在趣中学、作中思、乐中得。
