Abstract：

电子元器件的品种众多、应用广泛，是构成电子设备的最小和最基本单元。如果期望电子产品具有较高的稳定性和可靠性，则首先应当保证其使用的电子元器件有较高的可靠性。因此，电子元器件筛选这项作为电子产品生产前端流程的工序，其有效性的提高，必将对电子产品整体系统的可靠性起到重要的作用。
