Abstract：
水库管理包括汛期和非汛期的水库管理，以及各种水库资源的利用。随着社会的发展，传统的水库管理模式已经不能满足水库开发的需要。我国许多地区水库正处于现代化管理时期。本文提出了传统水库管理存在的问题，介绍了现代水库管理的创新与发展，展望了现代水库管理技术的[1]发展。
