    随着经济的不断发展，人们的精神生活也在丰富，对环境的要求更高了，对居住环境的要求也更高了，这对建筑业提出了高要求。所以为了可以满足群众的要求，我国在改革施工技术的基础上，也要技术创新，要对建筑工程效率和质量监管，为今后行业稳定发展打下基础。国家为了推动建筑业发展，正在发展全过程工程咨询这项服务，这是建筑业发展的新方向。
