Abstract：
科学技术的发展也给建筑行业带来了新的活力，建筑工程技术的不断更新是保证建筑工程能完善的有力保证。在地基处理的方面尤其是提供了坚实的基础。针对地基进行改善主要是提高地基的承载能力和防止液体的渗透，若承载力不够，则会导致后期施工过程中，上层的建筑无法施工，或者施工完成后建筑工程造成地基沉降从而会有建筑毁坏的风险；地基的抗渗透力强一定程度上控制了底面的潮湿。这对建筑工程的意义是巨大的，维护了建筑本身的安全问题，所以一定要确保地基的质量能达到设计和使用要求。
