Abstract：
近年来，随着我国经济的不断发展，房地产市场趋于饱和，同时建筑行业各类管理体系日趋成熟，施工成本在行业内几近透明，在此背景下只有在施工管理过程中提高成本控制的能力才能为企业创造效益，提升企业的核心竞争力，为经营承揽奠定基础。由此可见，成本控制水平关系着建筑施工企业的生存和发展，因此需要采取一些有效的措施加强施工成本管理与控制，希望对相关人士有所帮助。
