Abstract：
近些年来，国家经济高速发展，对节能环保方面的重视程度不断加深。我国可利用资源有限，要对资源进行合理配置和利用，使其发挥最大价值，避免浪费。相关人员应运用信息技术，将环保与信息技术有机结合起来，大力发展节能技术，在推动建筑行业发展的同时，尽量减少工程施工对环境的影响。利用节能技术符合我国低碳环保的要求，但这一技术尚不完善，应用范围较小，需要继续优化并加大推广力度，使其能够普遍应用于建筑行业，从而达到节能的最终目的。
