    随着社会不断更迭发展和进步，文化的传播出现了各式各样的渠道，这也给优秀传统文化的传承和发展带来了机遇和挑战。辅导员是在高职院校中思想政治教育工作的核心力量和优秀传统文化的传播者，其媒介素养能力将直接影响优秀传统文化的教育普及和传播交流。本文从高职辅导员角度看，如何在传统文化传播过程中，利用媒介素养明确辅导员的角色定位，提高中华优秀传统文化传承发展的质量和水平。
