制造业上市公司主营业务发展与证券投资相关性分析

Abstract：
文章以国内上市企业参加证券投资与制造业处在转型期为研究对象，采取多元线性回归方式实证分析制造业上市企业主营业务发展和证券投资范围之间的联系，得知制造业上市企业不会由于早期主营业务成长性差而扩大本期证券投资范围；证券投资范围对本期主营业务成长性无干扰；主营业务获益水平越高的上市企业证券投资范围越大；固定资本投入扩张率和证券投资范围间呈负相关，企业在争夺固定资本投入时会缩小证券投资范围。
