    目前，随着城市化进程的加快，城市与农村的土地规划存在着一些矛盾与问题。这一问题的解决，很大程度上依赖于基础管理的发展。土地管理的开发是所有工程建设的基础。当前，随着科技水平的不断提高，测绘技术已被广泛地运用于土地管理之中，其使用的便利性与精确性将会极大的影响测绘技术的发展。测绘技术的运用，对于推进土地管理的开发和合理、高效的利用，将起到积极的推动作用。
