Abstract：
当今社会，在中职学校的教育中，中职教师在教授课本文化知识时，也要给学生传授有关职业精神的知识。中职学校是为国家培养技术性人才和高素质劳动者的学校，所以，在中职学校的教育中，教师需要培养学生的职业精神，为以后就业奠定良好的基础。但在目前中职学校的教育中，学校对于学生职业精神教育似乎有所忽视。因此，中职学校的思想政治教师应运用多种方式和手段来培养学生的职业精神，使学生的职业精神在思想政治教育中能重构。
