    高职院校的教学目标主要就是培养社会需要的高素质、高技能人才，在其中开展思政教育时，也应该充分考虑到这一点，之后借助合适的手段进行学生职业素养的培育，这样才能确保高职生在今后步入社会中能够更好地满足要求，实现理想的发展目标。为此，本文主要针对基于职业素养培育的高职思想政治教育创新进行了详细分析，希望能够对相关人员有所帮助。
