Abstract：
本研究以HyConc和AntConc软件为工具，从翻译角度对情态动词shall在《民法典》的《物权法》与《合同法》两部分中的模糊性用法从不同角度进行了对比与分析，总结《民法典》英译中情态动词的使用技巧及发现其不足，以期为中国法律英译提供借鉴，推动我国法治进程与国际接轨。
