Abstract：
随着现代化建设的发展，会计领域迎来了全新的发展机遇，行业缺口增大，所需大量高质量人才，所以会计专业的学生逐年增长。伴随素质教育的大力发展，会计教育逐渐受到教育工作者的广泛关注，传统的教育模式已经不能很好地适用于当前的人才培养需求，因而教学改革势在必行。现代化学徒制是以技能为主的新型教学模式，对学生的实战经验起到重要的影响，尤其适用于中职学校的教学管理。
