    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的不断快速发展，城市化建设的全面提升，高层建筑成为我国城市化建设的主要建筑类型。高层建筑用地面积少，使用面积多，是非常适合我国人群众多的特点的。在现代化建设中，绿色施工技术的运用，减少了建筑污染和建筑垃圾的排放，减少了资源和资金的浪费，实现了现代化可持续发展的战略目标。
