    师生关系始终贯穿于整个教育教学过程中。作为人际关系中的一种基本关系，师生关系在复杂的社会关系中发挥着非常重要的作用。高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，其师生关系是否良好，关系着高职院校学生的健康发展和学业成绩，关系着全校乃至整个社会的发展。因此，本文将对在高职院校中如何建立良好师生关系进行探讨，以期提供一定的建议和参考。
