Abstract：
企业的主要施动设备是电机，电机运行工况良好，为企业动设备运行提供了良好的动力。为防止出现异常的电机继续运行把问题扩大，需要靠电机的保护装置把运行异常的电机及时退出生产系统。抓好电机保护管理工作是保障电机检修工作的最后一道防线，电机保护基本分为电量保护和非电量保护两部分。根据现场实践，探析了电机运行状态的诊断及处理、电机检修质量控制点和电机保护管理。
