幼儿园课程“园本化”期间对于幼儿老师有着更高的专业要求。对于幼儿老师现有的各种不足进行了简单的论述,其中包含课程开发知识和水准有待提升、老师间的合作性有待加强、课程开发积极度不强同时发展规划不明确。本研究从三个角度给出了提升幼儿老师发展的策略,提高课程开发知识和能力、加大合作和协调、提升老师的待遇及降低工作压力,希望能够促使幼儿老师参与园本课程开发。
