Abstract：
近些年来，受益于经济的发展为我国高校音乐教育人才教育的发展提供了坚实的物质基础。然而，当前各高校在发展音乐教育方面，要如何培养具有应用、实操能力方面的教育人才，仍处于摸索期，缺乏明晰的发展目标。在本文中，笔者就当前我国高校音乐教育专业应用型人才培养为何发展且应如何发展等问题展开浅析。
