Abstract：

作为特种设备检验检测行业的主力军，体制内特检机构业务发展对区域安全发展至关重要。文章从特种设备检验检测业务范畴和主要内容进行了阐述，归纳出当前特种设备检验检测业务发展趋势特点，分析了业务发展存在的问题及成因，并针对特种设备检验检测行业的疑难问题提出了对策建议。
