Abstract：

该文对油田生产事件的应对预案做出了阐述，系统分析了在油田生产中紧急管理的重要意义及其相应对策，有助于减少突发事件伤亡，保障油田产出效率，并建议了油田生产事件应对预案的建立，深入研究了油田生产事件预案的管理，进而建立了紧急管理指导体系，提高了紧急物料储存，加强应急管理队伍建设更好地完成油田生产任务。
