Abstract：
隐性教育资源作为教育资源的一种，蕴藏于校园环境当中，时常通过暗示性教育，实现对教育客体产生潜移默化的教育目的。通过对资助育人中隐性教育资源的开发探索，挖掘出隐性教育资源在高校资助育人工作中的效用价值，探析隐性教育资源在高校资助育人中的运用，提出做好顶层设计同时，从专业课程、校园文化、网络媒体、受助自身及教师挖掘资助育人资源，有机将隐性教育资源融入现代高校资助育人实际工作中，以达到良好育人效果。
