    Abstract：

    时代发展促使人们对心理健康愈发关注，其中高校大学生作为社会未来的中坚力量，对于心理健康方面教育的重视程度不断提高。高校关注大学生的心理健康，开展心理健康教育的课程，以此促进大学生拥有正确的人生观，明确自己的人生目标，保障大学生身心得到全面发展。积极心理学能够对大学生的心理健康教育方面会起到一定的积极作用，能够引导大学生以积极的态度面对生活中的问题。针对大学生的心理健康进行阐述，在积极心理学视野下，探寻高校的大学生的心理健康教育的方案。
