Abstract：
目前国企领导班子在培训、监督机制、能力素质等方面尚存在许多困难，为了克服上述问题，民营企业应当发挥领导班子资源优势，在出入口、楼梯口、出口三方面做好领导班子管理工作，要把领导监督渗透到管理工作全过程，通过充分发挥资源优势，健全国企领导班子监督机制，提高领导班子管理质量和管理水平。
