    Abstract：

    近几年，我国就业形势进一步趋紧，就业政策也从“稳就业”转变为“保就业”。因此社会在提供就业岗位的同时如何保证其就业质量成为亟待解决的问题。本文通过文献研究的方法，针对国内有关就业质量的研究文献和资料进行了整理和分析，主要反映了就业质量的内涵、就业质量评价指标体系的构建以及影响因素的研究成果，并提出国内就业质量评价研究的不足。
