Abstract：
模糊性是语言的固有属性，模糊语的使用在法律英语中也较为普遍。本文以《中华人民共和国民法典》英译本为例，按照不同词性对模糊词进行探讨与研究，并从法律和语言两个层面对模糊语成因进行了分析，以期提高法律英语翻译的准确性，推动我国法制建设与国际接轨。
