    Abstract：

    针对检验检测机构特点，提出了检验检测机构图书管理问题，内容包括管理机制存在滞后、责任机制完善度低、书籍供给存在矛盾、服务模式相对单一、从业人员素质不均衡等，通过完善图书管理机制、提高责任机制完善度、健全协作管理机制、推行多元化服务模式、加强从业人员素质培养等措施，其目的在于提高机构图书管理水平，为从业人员能力提升提供可靠帮助。
