Abstract：
农村基层党组织是引领乡村振兴战略实施的重要抓手，也是带领农业百姓加快实现乡村振兴的“先锋队”。自国家实施乡村振兴战略以来，把强化基层党建工作作为重要手段，取得了一定的成效，但在实施过程中也存在一些问题，制约着乡村振兴的发展。该文详细阐述了新时代背景下加强农村基层党的建设，对于实施乡村振兴战略的重要意义；分析了乡村振兴中基层党组织建设存在的困境，阐释了加强党建引领，助力乡村振兴的主要措施。新时代新形势下，在党建引领下带动农村发展，是实现乡村振兴的必然选择。
