Abstract：
随着社会的不断发展进步，当今社会各行业在招徕人才时，更加看重其是否具有真才实学，以及自身的所学知识能否被运用到工作中。因此我们传统的课堂教育模式已经逐渐地不能满足社会的人才需求。如何培养社会所需要的人才，提高其专业素质和专业技能，就免不了对传统的课程教育体系进行改革，这也是我国中职院校想要迫切解决的原因。
