Abstract：
经济快速发展背景下，建筑行业发展水平也大幅度提升，建筑工程建设需求增多，而土建工程作为整体工程中较为基础重要的部分，其施工质量可影响整体建筑结构的稳定性以及建筑后续的使用功能。在此情况下，合理运用注浆技术可加固地基，提高桩的承载能力，保证土建工程施工质量。所以现阶段应对注浆技术的类型加以了解，掌握注浆技术的应用要点，并根据土建工程施工情况等条件制定优化措施，以不断提高注浆技术的应用水平。本文就土建工程中注浆技术的运用作出分析，提出几点建议，以供参考。
