Abstract：
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》颁布实施以来，我国的职业教育进入到一个新的阶段，本文以山东省城市服务技师学院中餐学院为对象，研究其在大师工作室引领下的高技能人才培养模式。中餐学院作为山东省城市服务技师学院的二级学院，享有“中国烹饪学府”之美誉，始终致力于中国鲁菜文化传承、烹饪技艺创新、餐饮高技能人才培养。
