    Abstract：

    近几年，建筑行业的迅猛发展，有效的带动了装配式建筑施工技术的进步和应用，推动了装配式建筑的大力发展。装配式建筑施工技术有着其他技术没有的优势和特点，而且该技术的建筑方式非常简便、快捷，造成成本也较低，这些优势都奠定了其在建筑行业的重要地位。装配式建筑施工技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用，使的建筑工程的施工质量和施工效率得到了很好的提升，这对于建筑行业的发展来说是非常有利的。在此背景下，本文主要对装配式建筑施工技术进行了研究。
