Abstract：
当前我国电力事业正处在高速发展时期，电力生产规模和建设质量都得到显著提高。随着社会需求量的不断增加，电力工程建设数量也出现逐渐上涨的态势。电力行业面临的挑战和压力都十分严峻。基于此，文章通过对电力企业输配电与用电工程自动化运行展开详细研究，从中寻找输配电与自动化运行存在的问题，有针对性的提出解决方法和改善途径，力求为电力企业电量输送工作指明思路。
