Abstract：
在乡村振兴战略引导下，为农村电商发展提供了诸多机遇，同时我国也积极出台了多种支持政策，调动电商发展的积极性。但农村电商在发展中还存在诸多问题，人才是农村电商得以发展的重要因素.在乡村振兴战略下，应当积极培养高素质人才，运用人才优势，激发电商与农村经济发展活力。本次研究中，将深入探究农村电商发展与人才培养现状，并提出人才培养措施，为农村电商发展提供充足人才支持。
