    海绵城市，是新一代城市雨洪管理概念，利用渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排五大科学手段，使得城市雨水能够被合理利用，保护自然生态环境。在城市规划设计中应坚持海绵城市理念，结合不同地区实际情况，因地制宜，优化城市建筑规划设计，保护生态、实现城市的可持续发展。
