Abstract：
动物疫病防控工作是促进畜牧业发展、公共卫生安全和人民身体健康的重要保障，因此开展动物疫病监测显得尤为重要。不管是历史原因还是国家政策，各级政府和主管部门都要应高度重视兽医实验室的工作，加强基层兽医实验室的软件和硬件建设，加大人才投入，充分发挥其职能，为当地重大动物疫病防控把好关、服好务，并为全国动物疫病防控提供可信的监测数据。
