    Abstract：

    由于建筑工程建设规模日渐扩大，传统工程施工管理模式已经无法保障工程质量及效率，需配合使用监理制度，为建筑工程实施全过程提供专业性有偿技术服务，及时发现及解决建筑工程建设期间存在的各类问题，切实保障工程建设综合效益。有效的监理工作能够在建筑工程施工技术创新中发挥出重要作用，还可推动监理制度的建立健全，需要着重关注建筑工程监理行业与施工技术创新之间的密切关联，加强监理环节施工技术管控力度。
