Abstract：
评价是韩语写作教学过程中的重要组成部分。有效的评价不仅能够合理区分教学成果，更能够提示教学环节存在的问题，从而为推动持续的写作教学改革提供参考。为保障写作评价的有效性，教师的评价能力则尤为值得重视。本文从提高韩语教师写作评价能力的重要性出发，探索提高评价能力的策略，进而提出行之有效的针对写作评价能力的教师培养方案。
