Abstract：
电力行业属于人员密集行业，专业技术快速更新。企业的工作人员要勇于承担责任，而且还要对自身的知识结构不断完善。对于电力企业而言，人员是促进企业更好发展的重要资源，注重人员培养是提高企业竞争力的关键。目前很多的电力企业已经认识到这一点，因此更为注重人力资源培养工作，面对行业竞争的日益激烈，就需要电力企业对于企业员工的培训工作积极探索，不断地创新，以提高员工的职业综合素质，促进电力企业更好地发展。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了电力企业人力资源培训现状及其管理对策，以供参阅。
