    近年来，随着我国社会经济的蓬勃发展，建筑工程项目管理也随之不断进步，规模化、现代化已成为该领域的重要发展趋势。现阶段，大量的建筑工程项目逐渐落地，其管理工作也从传统管理模式转变成新的管理模式。本文主要对全过程管理这种新的管理模式在建筑工程项目管理中的应用进行分析，仅供广大同仁参考。
