Abstract：
人们生活质量提升，旅游行业对人才的需求也在不断提升，与此同时，也需要中职院校在进行旅游专业人才培养过程中，重视学生综合素质和职业素养的培养。酒店服务专业的学生在步入社会后，通常需要进入酒店，成为一名服务人员，既要有将心比心的能力，也要能够具备良好的酒店服务礼仪，以此胜任工作。基于此，本文探究场景教学法在中式酒店服务礼仪课程中的应用。
